i have cache turned off in chrome whenever reload page review jquery , css changes doesn't hard refresh server.
i have sit there , hard refresh manually millions of times changes in dom.
sometimes when troubleshooting trying out various changes , caching thing driving me nuts. if have cache turned off, why not refreshing server????
try crl+r refresh page clear browser, hope works
