i've project create cms on php, without using wordpress or joomla. project have admin panel , user interface. admin can insert products, categories,images , user can view recent products , categories. right i'm making project on php , creating scratch. kindly tell me best, secure , reliable way being used in market create such projects. have heard cakephp, magentto , other frameworks. 1 wok best or writing code in php scratch better option?
