Autopopulate Google Form fields based on answer from list -

i have google form creating. have list of "companies" person can select from, user still needs enter address, state, city, zip, etc... looking way have list item selected (the company) autopopulate other fields (address, state, city, zip... )

is there way in google forms? have looked on , haven't found tutorial or hint @ how make happen.

i'd pull data spreadsheet, json, string data... etc...

if create form via google uiapp or html service, might able similar. in uiapp, listbox invokes changelistener.

using google form api not yield want there no selection listeners before submitting form currently.
