does know of way make happen, or if it's possible? i'd play 3.1, far can tell, f# 3.1 requires vs2013 requires windows-8.1-preview requires wiping-my-computer-to-reinstall-windows-8.1-proper-when-it-comes-out, last of rather large inconvenience.
but still want try out 3.1; there way of getting (locally, not on web repl) lets me use without reinstall-operating-system thing?
edit: forgot mention need windows 8 store sdk (since i'm targeting it) , that's component that's windows-8.1 think.
what makes believe need windows 8.1 run vs 2013? looks me windows 7 sp1 , windows 8 both supported (see here), , visual studio 2013 installs side-by-side vs 2012.
