i new working sugarcrm. working on project has custom extensions sugarcrm. pull data extension using api part of site.
in extension calling in variable $assigned_user_id
i need modify extension can pull in email address of user assigned $assigned_user_id
can sugar experts point me in right direction of how this?
i think best bet might pull directly sugar database itself.
if have knowledge of sql, should pretty easy select statement. let me know if need example.
as far pulling email api itself, here: sugarcrm.com
you'll need define email field , need make sure returning , setting assigned_user_id
