i have jut read documentation http://phonegap.com/blog/2012/12/21/apache-cordova-and-windows-phone-8/, , need ask simple question. know cant windows phone 8 development without win 8 os if have assets done on machine xp ublime text using jquerymobile, can upload html/css/javascript phonegap build , have produce xap files can submitted win phone 8 store?
correct me if wrong not suppose purpose of phonegap build in first place?
i developed application android, ios , windows phone 8 jquery mobile , phonegap. theoretically can upload folder - supposed - phonegap build , ready run. store strict , i'm not shure if certificated because of not windows-like , feel.

it jquery-mobile theme provided microsoft , application looks native. there special html-tags needed transformation fast if fit in javascript. app certificated!
