javascript - Must open blog visiting FROM domain. Is it possible? -

i'm not sure if possible, let's try.

i have page on domain.

this page has iframe points tumblr.

i don't want people open tumblr outside site, thinking if there's code redirects tumblr domain if people open tumblr outsite index.html, doesn't prevent tumblr open inside iframe.

i understand javascript/jquery, have no idea how use php/asp/mysql, i'd prefer answers using languages. thank in advance
