css3 - chrome bug on mac with retina display? -

i wanna drawing diagonal lines css3 this:

it works fine on chrome/firefox/safari on every platform.

but when case came chrome on macbook retina display, messed up.

after research found strange thing chrome on retina renders 1px-width border 1px , n p (n-1) px. (n>1).

i think issue. maybe that's bug? , there solution?

i tried chrome 27/28(which latest till now), gave me same thing.

environment: mac os x 10.8.4 on 13" macbook retina display, chrome 28.0.1500.71.
