i customize case standard page layout want hide , show section on condition bases

i have case standard page layout , there section named "appraisal rebuttal" want hide , show section on conditions

create 2 different record types , have different pagelayouts assigned each record type.based on condition have workflow change recordtype.once recordtype changes layout automatically change
