Mousewheel 3.1.3 (Brandon Aaron) is not working after upgrading jQuery version of 1.10 -

i've upgraded jquery version of 1.10 , mousewheel 3.1.3 project mousewheel widget not working more.

the mousewheel working fine before upgraded jquery 1.10.

what need working?

i using jquery 1.10.2, jquery ui 1.10.3, mousewheel 3.1.3 brandon aaron

perhaps there else causing error , preventing rest of scripts running properly.
